Faithful I used to be a faithful customer issue guns had a good rating but I had a down time where I wasn't listening items and you still fell out of a practice and now I am want to list a couple items and I'm being blocked Danssupply@***.com (208)305-****

Hes a scammer hes a *** for doing the *** hes doing to me u guys r jerking me around by not answering ur phone to or my messages on the help center

Paid for a gun and never received it

He want a postal money order I got it and it was sent to him he signed for it I have all my receipts and it been almost a month no gun and he is not answering my phone calls now and Im really posted off

No Customer Service at all

Tried contacting CS about suspected scam sale, no response after 5 days. Not even responsive to question as to how to get them payment for listing fees. Tried calling, became great friends with the voicemail recording but no humans. Id cancel my account if I could find out from Gun Auction as to how to do that. They are fine if you never have a problem.

User's recommendation: Use GunBroker, avoid Gun Auction.
